The ARAG Health App allows customers of ARAG Krankenversicherungs-AG to submit receipts online, such as invoices, prescriptions, and treatment and cost plans. Moreover, you have the option to create your personal health record, ensuring essential health data is always at your fingertips.

Features Overview:

• New - "PDF Upload": With the new "Upload PDF Receipts" button in the "Submit Receipts" section, you can now import and submit PDF files that you have received digitally. Additionally, using the "Share" function, you can load a PDF from other apps (file browser, email attachment, etc.) into the Health App.
• New - "Digital Invoice Receipt": In the future, invoices from your dentist or their billing service can be received digitally in the inbox of your Health App, ensuring the entire billing process from the doctor to you and then to us is consistently digital and secure. You can freely decide in your inbox whether and when to submit the digital medical bill to us. Currently, only a small number of dentists are participating; more dentists will be added next year.
• New "Services" Link: Easily access services for ARAG insured persons using the new "Services" link in the menu.
• New "Give Feedback" Link: Participate directly in our customer satisfaction survey through this link.
• Document capture and transfer
• Intuitively track processing status
• Receive benefit settlements through the app

Registration/Login:

After a one-time registration on your device, you can digitally submit receipts; track the respective processing status.

Activation of Additional Features:

Upon registration, you will receive a activation code by post. This code enables you to activate further functions for use: benefit settlement via app, invoice overview, and insurance coverage information.

Security and Data Privacy:

• All data is encrypted.
• You are the only one who has access to self-added entries.

The app is available for Android devices starting from Android version 8 (and newer).
